Refund policy
At EFP, we guarantee quality design and craftsmanship in every piece we create. Each order is made and fulfilled on a purchase basis, which means we don’t offer returns for change of mind, size, or preference.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with print issues, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or issue store credit.
All issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order for us to review it. Unfortunately, we cannot review possible issues reported after 30 days
