If you haven’t received it within a few days, please check your spam or junk folder— sometimes our emails like to hide there.
International Customers
We make lifestyle-based gym apparel, not foreign policy.
As the importer of record, you (the recipient) are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are applied once the shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office; for more information. Please note that customs processing may cause& delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
In some cases, our production partner Apliiq may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if needed. A quick response helps ensure your order isn’t delayed.
